Do you have access to multiple Clearnox accounts? You can choose the account you want to use from the dropdown menu that appears when you click on the account name at the top of the side menu.
In this list, click on "All companies" at the top to get a consolidated view of the outstanding amounts across all accounts you have access to.
The multi-company overview is displayed in 4 sections:
1. Multi-company outstanding: a table showing overdue, upcoming, and total outstanding amounts per company,
2. Outstanding details: a bar chart showing overdue and upcoming amounts per company,
3. Distribution of outstanding amounts: a pie chart showing the breakdown of outstanding amounts by company,
4. Distribution of overdue amounts: a pie chart showing the breakdown of overdue amounts by company.
These views make it easy to identify the company or companies with the largest outstanding amounts, which can help you prioritize debt collection.
