The follow-up tracking page offers two views: the default view showing all reminders sent and a second view organized by reminder batches, which represents grouped mailings.
History of your activities
1. The activity history page includes:
All reminders sent: each row corresponds to a client.
Search field: to quickly find a reminder.
Filter:
By actor who has performed the activity
By media
By type of activity: advance notice, reminder, thank you mail
By reminder-level, this is only available for reminders
The reminder-level has been added to the functionalities as of end 2024. Activities send before this date will not have this information and therefore cannot be the result of this filter.
By date the activity is executed
Export: helpful for analyzing failed reminders and updating contact details if necessary.

2. Status of a Reminder: There are four possible statuses, each associated with specific media.
| Status | Description | Media |
|---|---|---|
| Created | The activity has been created. | Email, Mail, Phone, and Other Media |
| Sent | The reminder has been sent. | |
| Opened | The reminder email has been opened by the recipient. | |
| Error | The reminder email couldn't be delivered. Verify the email address of the contact. |
3. Details of a Reminder: Accessible from the "View" column in the activity history table.
This page gives an overview of the reminder sent. The display and available actions depend on the media type:
| Email: Preview of the email sent. | ![]() |
| Mail: Shows the generated mail, which can be downloaded or printed. | ![]() |
| Phone or Other Media: Displays data related to the follow-up. | ![]() |
The account administrator can delete activities by clicking the "Delete" button. This is particularly useful for removing test actions that should not affect your statistics.
