Exclude bookings from your bulk sendings

Certain entries are excluded from mass follow-up and consequently from automated follow-up. Here are the cases concerned:

    1. Entries with automatic payment: for each payment method defined in your accounting software, you can indicate in Clearnox whether it is manual or automatic. Thus, entries with an automatic payment method will be excluded from scenario-based follow-ups.

    2. Entries stopped in follow-up: From the client sheet > account status > item detail, you can use the "STOP" button to stop follow-up on the item.

Consequently, it will be unchecked from the task list of scenario-based follow-ups. An (x) icon will appear next to the corresponding item's title.

    3. Entries below the minimum follow-up threshold: As an account administrator, you can set a minimum amount for following up on an item. This prevents follow-up on entries whose amounts are too low to justify follow-up actions.

This "Minimum follow-up threshold" option is available on the Configure > Reminder page.

Invoices concerned are by default unchecked from the follow-up task list. An (x) icon will appear next to the corresponding amount.

    4. Entries with upcoming promises only: As an account administrator, you can enable the "Exclude entries with upcoming promises from follow-ups" option available on the Configure > Advanced Options page.

Invoices concerned are by default unchecked from the follow-up task list. An (x) icon will appear next to the corresponding promise.

  5. Entries with a "Paid" payment status: Paid entries are automatically unchecked on the "Scenario-based actions" page.
