To speed up debt collection, you can integrate payment links via Stripe into your email reminders.
To take advantage of this feature, start by activating the Stripe payment service.
How to activate Stripe payment from your Clearnox tool?
1. As account administrator, go to the menu Configure > Online payment, and click the “Start with Stripe” button.
2. You’ll be redirected to the Stripe portal to complete account creation.
If you already have a Stripe account, simply enter your email address and password, then validate. This will link your Stripe account with the Clearnox account.
If you don't have a Stripe account yet, enter your email address and a password.

Step 1: Secure your account with the method of your choice: two-factor authentication, your mobile phone number or a security key.
Once you have selected and validated the registration method, Stripe will send you a backup code. This can be useful in the event of loss or theft of your mobile device, so we recommend that you save it.
Step 2: Verify your company.
Enter basic information about your company.
Enter your personal details.
Enter additional information about the company.
Step 3: Check your identity.
We strongly recommend that you verify your identity at this stage, as this is necessary to finalize activation of the service.
If you do not have the required information, you can click on "Skip for now" and complete it later on Clearnox from the Configure > Online payment page, using the "Continue association with Stripe" button.
Step 4: Add your bank account.
Enter your bank account information.
Step 5: Add public details for your clients.
Enter the information that will appear on payment statements, invoices, receipts, ...
Step 6: Review and submit.
You'll see an overview of the information you've entered, so you can correct it where needed and complete the onboarding process.
Once you've completed all the required information, you'll be redirected to your Clearnox interface. You'll see a summary of your Stripe account's most important information, and you'll also be able to configure your payment methods from this page.
Some information about your company is missing, is it possible to complete the service activation later?
If you don't have all the information you need to complete the Stripe service activation forms, you can stop at any stage of the service activation and come back to it later.
In Clearnox, you'll see that Stripe onboarding has not been finalized, and you'll have a link to resume your onboarding via the “Continue association with Stripe” button.
This will allow you to fill in the missing information.
