Clearnox allows you to export data from the various pages of the tool in a simple and optimal way.

When you click on the export button that appears at the top right of your pages, the file creation process begins in the background so as not to interrupt your browsing. Once the file is ready, you will receive a notification to download it directly or find it in the Monitor > Data Exports page.

How do I export my client list ?

From the Monitor > Clients page, click on the export icon and select an export type (.xlsx or .csv) :

A pop-up will appear to inform you that the export has started and will be available shortly.

Once the export is available for download, you will receive an in-app notification and/or an email, depending on your settings.

You can customise the type of notification you receive when the file is ready at any time, by clicking on your name in the top right of the screen, then selecting Settings (1). Next, enable the type of notification that suits you (2)

How do I get my export ?

You can download your export in two ways :

1. By clicking directly on the link to the .xlsx or .csv file in the notification :

2. By going to the Monitor> data exports page and clicking on the export button in the ‘Actions’ column :

To easily find recent exports, you can sort the 'Creation date' column.

You can also filter by type, which is the page where the export was made. In the example above, you can filter by the type 'Client monitoring'

You can also filter by the export status. Here are the available statuses :

  • Available, your export is available for download.

  • Failed, your export has failed. You can return to the relevant page and try exporting it again.

  • Pending, your export will start soon. This may happen if you launch a lot of exports at the same time.

  • In progress, your export is currently being generated.

  • Deleted, your export has expired.

Please note that exports remain available for 1 month. We recommend you to download them before they expire.
To identify exports that are about to expire, you can sort on the ‘expiration date’ column in the Monitor > Data exports page.
