Deleting a user

The email address of your users may change, which requires you to delete the user from your Clearnox account and possibly create a new one. 

We also recommend deleting users who no longer need access to your account. 


How do I delete a user from a Clearnox account ? 


As the account administrator, you can access the Configure > Users section, where you will find the list of users who have access to your Clearnox account. 



Click on the ‘Action’ button next to the user you wish to delete. 

Click on the ‘Delete’ action. 

A confirmation pop-up will appear, allowing you to confirm the action. 



If the user you wish to delete is configured as the sender of one or more dunning templates, you will be prompted to choose another user who will automatically be the new sender of the templates concerned.



Once the user has been deleted, they will no longer be able to access Clearnox and will no longer receive cash reporting emails.
