Notify your colleagues via email and in Clearnox

The notifications offered by your Clearnox tool promote smooth, transparent and proactive communication between the various players involved in the dunning process.  


In this article, we'll explain how to notify your colleagues from the client page, and how to consult your notifications via email as well as in your Clearnox tool.

Notify your colleagues to keep them informed of all client-related updates  


You can inform your colleagues in real time of any developments in the client file. To do so, go to the client page and click the “Add comment” button, or the pencil icon to edit an existing comment.  



1. The text editor appears, use the “@” key on your keyboard or click on the “@” icon at the top of the text editor.




2. The list of users with access to the Clearnox account is displayed: select the user that will be notified.



The selected user's name is added to your comment. Once the comment has been saved, the user will receive a notification in real time according to their preferences.  


View the notifications you’ve received


There are two types of notification you may receive when your colleagues mention you in a comment on the client page:

  • Notifications in your Clearnox tool, which are displayed at the top right corner of your screen, in the form of a “bell”.


The number of unread notifications is displayed on the bell-shaped icon.  



Clicking on the bell-shaped icon (1) displays a pop-up window with all unread notifications, marked with an orange dot (2).
Click on a notification (3) to view the relevant client page. The notification is then set to “read” status and can be viewed in the “All notifications” tab (4).


  • Email notifications delivered directly to your inbox.

The email contains the name of the Clearnox account, the name of the client in question and a preview of the comment. The “See full comment” button allows you to access the client page to view the full comment.




Configure your notification preferences


You can choose the type of notifications you wish to receive.
Click on your name at the top right of the screen and select “Configure”.



In the “Notification settings” section, enable/disable the types of notification according to your preference.
