Synchronize your client custom fields

Clearnox retrieves data from your accounting solution to ensure the best visibility of your client's debt outstanding and optimal management of your follow-ups.

In addition to the default client data retrieved, such as their name, SIRET number and contact details, Clearnox can be enriched with other client data from your accounting system, such as the maximum credit allowed per client.
This data can be displayed on various pages within your solution and can also be integrated into your follow-ups.

To add a client custom field, it must first be present in your accounting system and be retrievable in Clearnox through data synchronization.

Synchronize additional client fields

Here’s how to add client custom fields based on your synchronization method :

  • Synchronization via the connector (other than Sage 100) : You need to modify the client query to retrieve additional information via the Clearnox fields "tag1", "tag2"... with the help of your partner or software provider. The query should be provided to Clearnox support to set it up on your account.

  • Synchronization via the Sage 100 connector : A user with administrator access can go to the "Configure" > "Tag Management" page to enable the retrieval of the custom field.

Next, fill in the "Table to use" and "Field name to use" fields with the information provided by your provider/partner.

Remember to click "Save" to save your configuration !

  • Synchronization via manual or automatic file import : You need to add the desired client fields in the client file under the columns "tag1", "tag2"...

  • Synchronization via the API connector : Contact Clearnox support to check if adding custom fields is possible from your accounting software.

Once your configurations are complete, it is essential to synchronize your data to ensure the new custom fields are retrieved in Clearnox !

Now that your client custom fields are correctly synchronized, you can display them in your Clearnox solution and use them in your follow-ups.
