It is essential to be able to customize the content of your reminders so that it can be adapted to each customer profile as well as to the reminder level. To achieve this, Clearnox offers standard templates and the ability to create your own custom templates from the Configure > Templates page.
Each template consists of a subject and content, can be associated with a reminder, courtesy notice, or thank-you message for a defined customer profile, and is adaptable according to the chosen medium: email or letter.

Creating a Template
From the Configure > Templates page, click the "Create a Template" button:

A page opens, asking you to fill in several fields, including:
The template name (we recommend this format: “Clients [profiles] [with/without] emails – Reminder [no.]” so you can easily identify your templates), the type, and the medium.
The main language of the template and additional languages if needed.
The subject line of your letter/email.
The content: you can use tags to include specific information related to the reminder.

We recommend testing your new template by sending an email to yourself with this configuration.
The default email sender is noreply@clearnox.com. To add your name and company, you can include a signature and use the corresponding tags: %en_my_firstname%, %en_my_lastname%, %en_my_company%. Note that if the client replies to the email, the response will be sent to the sender specified in the template.
Modifying an Existing Template
From the templates page, click on the template title or on the three horizontal dots (···), then select "Modify":

The same page as the one used for creating templates will open, allowing you to modify all the fields
Adding a language to an existing template
If you have multilingual clients, you can add their languages when editing the template:
From the templates page, click on the template title or on the three dots (···) and then select "Modify" :
Click the "Add a language" button and choose the language you want to add from the list provided :

Once the language is selected, translate the Subject and Content of your template into this language. Then click the "Save" button at the bottom right :

Setting the default language for a template
The default language determines the language used by the Clearnox automation in reminders when the customer's language has not been configured in the template.
To set the default language:
From the templates page, click on the template title or on the three dots (···) and then select "Modify":
Click on the vertical three dots ( ⁝ ) next to the language you want to set as the default. Then select "Set as default language" and click the Save button at the bottom right of the page :

Deleting an Existing Template
As with modification, from the templates page, click on the three dots ( ··· ) and then select "Delete".
You can also delete the template from the template editing page by clicking on the three dots “···” and then selecting "Modify".
From this page, click on the "Delete the template" button at the bottom left.

If your template is linked to a reminder scenario, the "DELETE" button will not be available. In this case, you can delete the related profile, which will also remove the linked scenarios.
Are your templates configured? Now, you just need to associate them with scenarios and start your reminders!
