To adapt reminders to your target audience, you can define reminder templates for each customer profile.
The reminder template contains specific text with or without a reminder table and can be associated with reminders, notices, or thank-you messages. It is configured for each customer profile and can be adapted based on the defined medium: email, mail, or phone call.
Clearnox offers standard templates, but you can also create your own custom templates from the Configure > Templates page.
Creating a Template
From the Templates page, click the "Create a Template" button:
A pop-up opens, asking you to fill in several fields:
Template name (we recommend using this format: “Clients [profiles] [with/without] emails - Reminder [#]” for easier management).
Template type: reminder, notice, or thank-you
Medium: email or postal mail
Subject of your email/mail.
Content: Draft the content as needed. By using tags, you can include specific reminder-related information.
We recommend testing your new template by sending an email to yourself with this configuration.
The default email sender is noreply@clearnox.com. To add your name and company, you can include a signature and use the corresponding tags: %my_firstname%, %my_lastname%, %my_company%. Note that if the client replies to the email, the response will be sent to the sender specified in the template.
Modifying an Existing Template
From the Templates page, click the pen icon :
The same pop-up as for creating templates opens, allowing you to modify all fields.
Deleting an Existing Template
As with modification, go to the Templates page and click the small gear icon.
In the pop-up that opens, locate and click the "DELETE" button at the bottom left.
If your template is linked to a reminder scenario, the "DELETE" button will not be available. In this case, you can delete the related profile, which will also remove the linked scenarios.
Are your templates configured? Now, you just need to associate them with scenarios and start your reminders!
