Integrate the invoice portal in your reminder via letter

 Clearnox lets you automatically include the invoice portal in your printed reminders using a QR code. The customer can scan the code with their mobile phone to download their invoices. 

To use this feature, you first need to upload the invoices to Clearnox.

 Include the invoice portal QR code in printed reminders 

 To add the QR code to your printed reminders, just insert the tag %en_qr_code_portal_invoices% into your reminder templates. 

 Then go to Settings > Templates, open the ones you need, add the tag wherever you want it to show, and save. 

 What the customer sees when they receive the reminder 

When the customer gets the reminder by post, they can scan the QR code using their phone.

This opens the invoice portal, where they can view and download invoices using the document icon in the “Invoices” column.
